Things that come to mind are attainment of Jhanas, Enlightenment, Grace, Loving-kindness etc. Can a human vessel handle the generation of divine states of being? Is what we, as humans, know of the above divine states actually generate it ourselves? Or are we as ill equipped to do this as an amoeba would be building a house?
